The frame is made using a lightweight and stress resistant O Matter frame with the unique Oakley Three-Point Fit mechanism which keeps the lenses in precise optical alignment and allows the sunglasses to remain secure upon the face. The frame tones available include neutral colours such as black/grey marble, iron wood, and brown tortoiseshell with the colours accentuated with sculpturally integrated hinges and the Oakley logo positioned on the arm. The lenses are made using pure plutonite, feature Oakley’s High Definition Optics, XYZ Optics to extend peripheral vision and also incorporate an Iridium lens coating which precisely balances light transmission. The Oakley Tangent sunglasses also boast the technology of Polarised lenses which reduce the glare that is magnified by flat surfaces, provides colour balance and ultimate visual protection.
